Carrie Winfrey

Carrie has two full time jobs. Raising three girls, and supporting activists with technology. She has spent the majority of her career as a UX designer within the Internet Freedom sphere. Perhaps better known today as digital rights. At the start, 10 years ago, Carrie worked to move security and privacy centric tools from dark, engineered UI to intuitive, clean experiences. Today, the challenges at hand are more complex. For this reason, Carrie enjoys long walks on the beach and hasn't taken a vacation in 6 years.
