Jessica Müller

Jessica Müller is a Senior UX Designer at Grafana Labs. There, she leads the design efforts to make Grafana’s Alerting feature as user-friendly as possible, informing design improvements with usability studies and exploratory research. Jess is a remote collaboration and workshop expert, working remotely before the pandemic and experienced in digital product innovation using the Lean Startup method.
